This is a small first slice of FINERACT-2833. The GET /clients/template response returns genderOptions, clientTypeOptions and clientClassificationOptions at runtime (they are part of ClientData and filled from the code values when the template is built), but GetClientsTemplateResponse in ClientsApiResourceSwagger does not document them. I added the three fields as List<CodeValueData>, matching how CodeValueData is already used in the same file.
