## Description [FINERACT-2880](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FINERACT-2880) reports that undoing a savings-to-savings transfer fails with `Insufficient spendable balance ... (Available: 0.00, Overdraft: 0)` when the transfer emptied the source account. That error and its check aren't in Apache Fineract. On `develop`, `POST /accounttransfers/{id}?command=undo` succeeds for the reported scenario. I checked it against a local server, with and without interest posting, overdraft, enforced min balance, post-reversal transactions and cash accounting (GL entries are reversed). The failure seems to come from a customised deployment, so this PR adds no production-code change. This PR adds an E2E scenario that pins the reported case: the source holds exactly the transferred amount, the destination is empty, and then the transfer is undone. Both legs must be reverted, the source balance restored, and a second undo rejected.
