Aman-Mittal opened a new issue, #745:
URL: https://github.com/apache/fineract-backoffice-ui/issues/745

   ## What happens

   `/transfers/standing-instructions/history` always shows **"Operation
failed."** above the table, even on a successful load:

   ```
   Name  From Client  From Account  To Client  To Account  Amount  Execution
Time  Status  Operation failed.
   No records found.
   ```

   `GET /standinginstructionrunhistory` answered **200** with
`{"pageItems":[],"totalFilteredRecords":0}`. Nothing failed.

   It isn't an error banner. It's the header of the last column, and it reads
as one. An operator opening the screen sees what looks like a failure every
time.

   ## Cause

   `src/app/features/transfers/standing-instruction-history.component.ts:65`:

   ```ts
   { key: 'errorLog', label: 'COMMON.ERROR' },
   ```

   `COMMON.ERROR` is the generic failure toast text (`"Operation failed."`),
not a column label. An `ERROR_LOG: "Error Log"` key already exists, but it
lives under `REPORT_MAILING`.

   ## Fix

   Add a column-label key (for example `COMMON.ERROR_LOG: "Error Log"` in
`en`/`hi`/`ko`) and use it here. Reusing `REPORT_MAILING.ERROR_LOG` from the
transfers module would also work, but it couples two unrelated screens.

   ## Steps

   1. Sign in, then **Transfers → SI History**.
   2. The last column header reads "Operation failed."

   ## Tested against

   Deployed build of `main`
(https://aman-mittal.github.io/fineract-backoffice-ui), backend
`sandbox.mifos.community`, Chrome 1440×900, 2026-10-16.
