## What happens
On `/clients` (and the same card pattern elsewhere, e.g.
`/campaigns/email-messages`), the card header has no inner padding:
- The **"Clients & Contracts"** title starts at the card's left edge (x =
292 in a 1440 viewport, where the card begins at 292), while the search field
and table below it are inset by 16px.
- The **+ Create Client** button sits against the card's top-left corner and
visibly overlaps the card border.
- The Status filter is drawn as a separately bordered box, offset from both
the search field and the table.
The record screens (`/clients/view/{id}`) do have header padding, so list
and record cards are visibly inconsistent. The same flush header shows at 390px
width.
## Suggested fix
Give the shared list-card header the same padding as the card content, and
lay out title and primary action on one row (title left, action right) at
desktop widths, stacking only below the existing mobile breakpoint. Fixing this
in the shared list layout rather than per screen will cover every list that
uses it.

Deployed build of `main`
