GET /clients?offset=-5&limit=5 (and the same on /savingsaccounts and /loans)
put the
negative offset into the SQL ("limit 5 offset -5"). The database rejects it
and the
caller got an HTTP 500 with no information.
SearchParameters and PaginationParameters now raise a validation error
(validation.msg.pagination.offset.must.not.be.negative, HTTP 400) when the
offset is
negative. Zero, positive and missing offsets behave as before.
Tests: negative offset on both classes is a validation error; 0, 40 and null
are unchanged.
