*Steps to reproduce:*
- create loan account within any LP2 loan product, approve and disburse
- add repayment transaction
- on Transaction tab for Repayment transaction select an *option Adjust* and
populate it with required data(date, amount) and *‘Payment Type’*
*Expected result:*
Adjust processed successfully with no error
*Actual result:*
403 Forbidden error is shown with error message:

After fixing the issue, UI was navigate back to the incorrect 404 page insted
of the transaction listing page.
Actual: navigation is broken on succeed edit transaction.
Expectations: Navigate back to the transaction listing page once the adjust
request is fullfilled.
