SendAsynchronousEventsTasklet catches every exception and returns FINISHED, so a run in which nothing could be sent (for example the broker is down) is recorded as a success in the job run history, and so is a run whose events were sent but could not be marked as sent. Monitoring that watches job runs cannot see either. Rethrow the exception after logging it, so the step and the job fail and the run history shows "failed" with the error. The events stay TO_BE_SENT and are retried on the next run, as before. Also stop swallowing the failure to mark events as sent: it is raised after all partitions were attempted, because those events were already sent and will be sent again. Tests: a failing send and a failing mark-as-sent fail the step, a successful run does not. ## Description Describe the changes made and why they were made.
