URL: https://github.com/apache/fineract-backoffice-ui/pull/812

   A server-provided total of 1, 11 or 21 was interpreted as an unknown-total
sentinel, so Loans showed “of many” even when Fineract supplied an exact count.
Make exact totals the default in the paginator and data table. Audit Logs
explicitly keeps its estimated-total mode; Clients name search already selects
that mode.

   Closes #743.

Regression coverage checks the default numeric labels for 1/11/21, explicit
unknown-total mode, and the full-page Audit Logs sentinel. Synthetic browser
tests cover loan totals and last-page navigation, the audit sentinel, and the
existing client pagination flows.

   Validation:

   - Before the implementation change: 6 regression failures / 72 passes in the
three focused component suites (the exact totals incorrectly read “of many”).
   - `npm ci`; complete Vitest suite: 305 files / 2,448 tests passed.
   - Complete affected mocked Playwright spec: 17 passed, no retries, against
the production output served over task-local HTTPS. No banking backend used.
   - `NG_BUILD_MAX_WORKERS=2 npm run build`: passed on Node 22.23.2, with the
existing header stylesheet budget warning.
   - Lint, format, i18n, icons, accessible names, template text, UI primitives,
E2E typecheck, API surface and license-header checks passed.
   - GA advisory: 0 blocking failures / 0 undetermined gates; existing 11
adapter migration sites remain.

The browser run used the production bundle because of the previously
recorded local dev-server startup limitation. No API, generated-client,
authorization or transaction behavior changes. The commit is signed.
