## Description `ProgressiveLoanInterestRefundServiceImpl.simulateRepaymentForDisbursements` copied a charge-payment/repayment-at-disbursement transaction but initialized its own empty `LoanChargePaidBy` list instead of copying the source transaction’s list. As a result, the charge-payment mapping was always lost during interest-refund simulation: ```java copy.getLoanChargesPaid().addAll(copy.getLoanChargesPaid()); // no-op, fixed to addAll(lt.getLoanChargesPaid()) ``` Also fixes `LoanProductDataValidator`, which was found while adding end-to-end coverage: creating a loan product with a non-accrual accounting rule and `enableAccrualActivityPosting=false` was incorrectly rejected unconditionally.
