Rebased onto the latest `develop`. I dropped the `JournalEntryHelper` hunk and left the file deleted, so the PR now touches the resource, the read service, `apiLive.htm` and the new test only. I also updated the description, since it still mentioned that helper. `FeignJournalEntrySourceFilterTest` and the accounting tests listed in the description pass locally on PostgreSQL after the rebase. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
