The DPI values in Flex, just like in Android, are actually buckets rather than
set values, currently 160 dpi mean less than 200 dpi and a 130 odd dpi device
does fit into that Flex bucket. However flex is missing the 120 DPI bucket that
Android has so are you asking for that to be added?
