You are right guys.. It is only happening on Windows. My configuration is:
Apache Flex SDK 4.10. Adobe AIR SDK 3.8. I tested my app on mac and the
NumericStepper is working way it should (display integers). I still have to
make another test, maybe is the AIR SDK 3.8. My mac have AFSDK 4.10 and AISDK
3.4. Will let you know as soon as I update AISDK on mac.
