In this I think we'd need permission to use as far as I can see it's "Creative
Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Unported License." the no
commercial/no derivatives part being the issue.
There's also this from Google:

And that's is CC attribution with no commercial/derivatives restrictions so we
can use that.
