Sword Dragon commented on FLEX-33735:
-------------------------------------

My code is already AS3 compatible so I could theoretically disable these flags.
But this should be thought more generic: Any person who is porting his code
from AS2 to AS3 will always see warnings from the shared libraries. Besides the
pronlem that "temporary compiler flags" are really dubious but this was Adobes
fault.

Personally I prefer compiling everything (not only Flash applications) in the
most strict mode. My code doesn't raise any warnings but I will still see a
full screen of warnings from the shared libraries.

> Initially I have reported this issue on Adobe Flex 4.6
> (https://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/SDK-32330) but it also exists in Apache
> Flex 4.10. If the migration warnings are enabled the runtime shared libraries
> will show some compiler warnings. In the attachments is an example output.
