Completed popup implementation & changes in Alert.js to make it subclass from
PopUp, popup supports drag behavior on header by using DragBehavior bead.
Changes are only implemented for JS not for Actionscript.
TODO: Remains implementing z-ordering & focus at application level for multiple
popups
