Just to finish this, I'm everything working perfectly now with a a costum skin
for menu and a different skin for sub-menus.
IMHO, the framework should automatically apply the skin to the sub-menus but
would be nice that we have a new property "SubMenuItemRenderer" that if is not
set than the framework use the same as the top menu otherwise would apply that
item renderer.
