Styleprotochain#getstyleManager is hot on mobile ios cpu profile
this patch will probably mainly benefit to ios aot deployments.
Styleprotochain#getTypeHierarchy now takes the stylemanager as a parameter :
this will reduce the number of call to getstyleManager.
