It hangs on the following screen. Spinner quits spinning. Notice the "Not
Responding" in the header. Cannot click on Install Log since it is not
responding. Running Windows 7. Trying to install into Flash Builder 4.6 sdk
folder.
Wait, now it is responding after long pause. Install is now running again.
