Maurice Amsellem commented on FLEX-33166:
-----------------------------------------
Attached TestTextInput.zip
It's an IDEA project, but should be very easy to turn into Eclipse.
Test instructions:
- type / scroll the form and make sure the text is moving
- open the callout with text below, and make sure it is not obscured
- test the soft keyboard action, including hardware buttons, and makes sure it
works same as other flex apps.
- switch between tabs to make sure everything is working fine again (any text
change will be lost, of course)
- tab "Text Area" make sure there is enough memory
- test the large/small button
- test selection is preserved.
you might also uncomment the line in applicaitonComplete, to see when proxy is
used.
thank you for the help...

> We should be able to configure a text field which only accepts numerical
> input to call up the numeric pad. However, the skinclasses for the textfield
> that can call up the number pad will not scroll--If you try to use the
> skinclass that can call the softkey number pad in a scrollable container, the
> textfield scrolls away from its text.
