If TextInput or TextArea is embedded inside a Scroller, one cannot scroll the
view by touching the textinput.
Scrolling must be started by touching outside of any text inputs / text areas.
This is a deliberate limitation of ScrollableStageTextInputSkin, but is quite
bothering.
