the new spark datagrid skin is setting the useChromeColor in an overridden
initialization function. i believe if the datagrid is part of a state,
useChromeColor is not set. my project is pretty complex, extending the
datagrid and the skins inside states inside modules. so this bug might not
show up for everyone. without testing, i recognize that the initialization
function is not going to fire when the datagrid is displayed 2nd, 3rd time
inside a state. commenting out the useChromeColor fixed my issue.
