FDB has old, useless or even unused code, the main drawback is it waits up to
20s for each swd to be loaded.
It is not necessary any more, FB doesn't use this layer and works properly
without it, the goal of this fix is to improve the debugging experience using
FDB (or an IDE which use it) and make it comparable to FB in term of velocity.
Also, make some clean up in the code
