Steps to reproduce:
1. Import and run the attached project.
2. Scroll the list to the bottom.
Actual result: the RTE below, caused by the perfectly timed MOUSE_WHEEL event.
Desired result: no RTE, and the list should keep adding items despite the
MOUSE_WHEEL event.
Notes:
- four of our users reported this bug within a few months. This means that the
odds of scrolling the list exactly between setting its dataProvider and its
commitProperties() function being called is not so low.
- s:DataGrid seems to work fine in this scenario.
