Several issue with scrollbar showing:
- can scroll column a few pixels up and to the right cause scrollbars to show
- can use cursor key to get same effect
- up/down cursor key/scrolling caused row highlight to be uneven across columns
- when switching tabs in browser all scrollbar fade in and then fade out
