Description:
Scollbar don't show by default when data grid has more content than can be
shown in a datagrid.
Scrollbar doesn't show initially, on mouse over or on selection. Scrollbar
thumb only show when scrolling column.
Thumb only show briefly and is small so very hard to grab before it auto hides.
Assume this applies to the FlexJs list component as well.
