Clicking on the first Next button multiple time causes the installer script to
be downloaded multiple time and multiple log entires. This can take a few
seconds or in the case of SSL timing out 30 seconds. There is no visible
indication to the user that something is happening so they are likely to click
more than once on the next button. Once clicked the next button should be
disabled.
