In order to run the embedded jetty test-server we need to be able to provide a
server configuration from the classpath as the embedded jetty doesn't actually
have a context directory to read the files from.
It would be great if it was possible to provide the configuration for a BlazeDS
server using an uri like: "classpath:/META-INF/flex/service-config.xml"
