Did this fix go into 4.12.1 release?
I am getting the same kind of problem. More specifically my textinputs are in
a scroller and as soon as you press the scroller the soft keyboard appears for
the textinput. The soft keyboard also appears when the textinput has editable
set to false.
I am using flex 4.12.1 and the bug appears on iOS and Android
