One way to solve the problem was temporary.
Attach the two files. (Main.mxml, fontEmbedcss.css)
When applied to the font, the characters displayed normally.
However, the file size is too large problem.
FontEmbedcss.css the attached file does not apply,
Character still seems to be an empty box.
