Trevor Young commented on FLEX-34077:
-------------------------------------
So I've seen this issue as well, and I've found that the issue seems like it
must have something to do with the connection between the List and the
DataGroup, because while this doesn't work for a List, it will work just fine
if it's switched over to using a DataGroup.

> A disabled spark list appears normally in the simulator, with all items
> grayed out. When run on a mobile device, the list's background color changes
> slightly but the items remain the same. This gives the appearance of being
> able to interact with the list, when really you cannot.
> To replicate: Create a simple mobile app with a disabled list.
> In the attached sample app, the list starts out as enabled and all items in
> the list can be selected. Press the button to disable the list then try to
> touch the items in the list again. Nothing happens (as expected) even though
> there was no visual change after disabling the list.
