Falcon must be able to compile all the projects in sdk frameworks.
SDKSWCTests.java inside compiler.tests uses the current Falcon code to compile
the different projects in the sdk. This task should be used to track the
progress and state of the required sdk modifications required to work with
Falcon, and any dependencies with Falcon development.
