I've the same problem, it seems that sourceforge has changed their download url.
So I tried to use the cache mechanism (that I had no idea it exists because you
have to right click when selecting the required options, talk about
user-friendly, why would not the required options are not checked by default),
to bybass the download of osmf, then I'm now stuck with the jar files because
http://opensource.adobe.com/svn/opensource/flex/sdk/branches/4.y/lib/ now
requires authentication, and I had no way to figure out the cached path of
those files, it does work like the one with osmf, which is
cached/project/osmf.adobe/OSMF%202.0%20Release%20%28final%20source%2C%20ASDocs%2C%20pdf%20guides%20and%20release%20notes%29/OSMF.swc.
I give up for now...
