I rebuilt my test project in Linux and this time it's output is working on 
Windows for me... But, our actual application that is being tested by a 
localization testing company, is using Windows and is not seeing the dates 
right. So I guess you are right that the problem is with the Flash Player, but 
it is having the problem on Windows sometimes and Linux always...
