A decimal separator is lacking on Samsung SM-G900F. On Samsung GT-N9000 there
is a decimal separator.
Since the doc on the SoftKeyboardType "NUMBER" states "A numeric keypad
designed for PIN entry." it's not a bug, but it would be great to have a
decimal separator on SoftKeyboards with this type or a new SoftKeyboardType
that allows the input of decimals with fractional part.
