When going through the source, it would be nice to have the compiler, flexjs
version and date of the cross compiled file.
Sometimes when going through the js source it's not obvious what is
auto-generated and handwritten, something I am missing?
That said, I think it's still a good idea to have an info header, we don't
commit auto-generated js to the repo so it shouldn't be a problem.
