My web app is built using flex and after the latest Chrome update, which
updated the Adobe Flash Player to Version: 18.0.0.203 I get Error #2038 when
downloading files. I am able to upload them. The download capabilities still
function using safari and firefox
it's a Flash / Flex FileReference .download
and the error is #2038 which is an IOErrorEvent
