Summary: Can't download AIR 25 with UI download and ANT

I really hope someone can help as this been going on for a while and very
frustrating. We can't download latest AIR 25 due to the current bug with the UI
download (AIR app) which is not being fixed and we can't download with ANT as
we get the error of:
