I've download and install apache-flex-sdk-installer-3.2.0-bin.exe which
autoselect Apache Flex SDK 4.16.0, AIR 23.0 and Flash Player 23
Forgive me, it's my fault ... do not select the correct sdk .. now I see it in
D:\programas\ApacheFlex\ApacheFlexJS\ide\flashbuilder
