@aljoscha Im quite undecided on that one. What i would like the most is
having the language binding module remain where it is, with 2 submodules:
flink-generic and flink-python. I want to separate the two to emphasize that
there is a common core to all languages that use the generic stuff, but still
be obviously tied together in the module hierarchy.
