I am very much in favor of adding a "_2.11" suffix to the scala 2.11
artifacts. If we do not interfere with the names of the 2.10 version, there
should be no problem, right?
BTW, maven offline mode "-o" is sometime helpful for testing, if you want
to prevent it from going to the snapshot repos.
