Hey @andralungu!
This is actually the connected components algorithm. You can rename it to
that.
And take a look at the corresponding [Spargel
example](https://github.com/apache/flink/blob/master/flink-staging/flink-spargel/src/main/java/org/apache/flink/spargel/java/examples/SpargelConnectedComponents.java).
It turns out the Spargel docs are quite outdated, so don't rely on them.
I'll open an issue for this.
