    I would do the following:
      - log nothing
      - Catch the errors that are regular "move failed" exceptions and return 
false.
         - `FileNotFoundException`
         - `DirectoryNotEmptyException`
         - `SecurityException`
      - Let all other `IOExceptions` bubble out
