I agree that the value is drastic, but it ensures that Flink runs stable,
even though it will be slower on YARN because we have a lot of security margin.
I would actually suggest to merge this change now and reduce the min cutoff
again once the batch scheduling mode is implemented.
I'll rerun the experiments then to see which value is appropriate.
