[FLINK-6548] Fix AvroOutputFormatTest#testCompression on Windows
This PR fixes `AvroOutputFormatTest#testCompression` The problem was once
again that Flink paths were directly passed to the java Files API.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
