[FLINK-6558] Disable yarn tests on Windows
This PR disabled a several YARN tests on Windows. They are failing since
they try to start an HDFS cluster.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/zentol/flink 6558_yarn_tests
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
