    [FLINK-6661][web] Merge "Subtasks" and "Taskmanagers" view

    This PR merges the `Subtasks` and `SubtasksByTaskManager` view. A checkbox 
was added to switch between modes.
    
    As usual, some impressive pictures to gaze upon:
