What you mean that currently we needn't move RocksDB backend to
{{org.apache.flink.runtime.state.rocksdb}} but add a new connectors like
{{flink-connector-rocksdb}} which under {{flink-connectors}} module instead.
And I would like to work on this if I have a proper understand about this issue
and nobody did before.
