The {{MesosResourceManager}} starts internally a {{TaskMonitor}},
{{LaunchCoordinator}}, {{ConnectionMonitor}} and a
{{ReconciliationCoordinator}}. These components have to be properly shut down
when the {{MesosResourceManager}} closes.
