Do we want the endpoint to work directly on the Executiongraph or request these
actions from the JobManager via RPC messages?
Note that neither option is currently supported as the {{JobMasterGateway}}
does not support canceling/stopping a job, nor taking a savepoint nor exposes
the ExecutionGraph in any way.
