The query is not included in Flink's code base. {{cnt}} is a {{long}}, {{page}}
is a {{String}} value.
[~jark] pointed to {{UserDefinedAggFunctions.WeightedAvg}} which is a UDAGG
with two parameters and two accumulate methods for different input types. It is
tested in {{GroupWindowAggregationsITCase}}.
